A pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd obdivuje huskyho azurov\u00e9 modr\u00e9 o\u010di.&nbsp; \u010c\u00edm je jejich modr\u00e1 barva zp\u016fsobena?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ot\u00e1zku zodpov\u011bd\u011bli v\u011bdci zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se genetikou. Dok\u00e1zali nal\u00e9zt genetickou variantu na chromozomu chr.18, kter\u00e1 je spojena s modrou barvou o\u010d\u00ed u Sibi\u0159sk\u00e9ho huskyho. Anal\u00fdzu provedli srovn\u00e1n\u00edm DNA u 6 000 ps\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b souboru jedinc\u016f modrook\u00fdch plemen jako je pr\u00e1v\u011b Sibi\u0159sk\u00fd husky nebo Australsk\u00fd ov\u010d\u00e1k. Pomoc\u00ed molekul\u00e1rn\u011b genetick\u00fdch metod identifikovali duplikaci \u010d\u00e1sti DNA p\u0159ed genem <em>ALX4<\/em>, kter\u00fd hraje v\u00fdznamnou roli ve v\u00fdvoji oka savc\u016f. A svou pr\u00e1ci publikovali v presti\u017en\u00edm \u010dasopise <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosgenetics\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pgen.1007648\" title=\"https:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosgenetics\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pgen.1007648\">PLOS Genetics.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce je uk\u00e1zkou v\u00fdzkumu, na kter\u00e9ch se pod\u00edleli i jednotliv\u00ed chovatel\u00e9 ps\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed ochotn\u011b odeslali vzorky DNA a fotografie o\u010d\u00ed sv\u00fdch ps\u00edch mil\u00e1\u010dk\u016f. Bez nich by studii a anal\u00fdzu nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 dokon\u010dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modr\u00e9 nebo tmav\u00e9 o\u010di?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wds2021.cz\/\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wds2021.cz\/\">sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00fdstav\u011b ps\u016f v Brn\u011b<\/a> jsme zjistili, \u017ee modrooc\u00ed huskyov\u00e9 jsou na v\u00fdstav\u011b ve v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 men\u0161in\u011b a p\u0159i diskuz\u00edch s profesion\u00e1ln\u00edmi chovateli vyplynulo, \u017ee preferuj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e tmav\u00e9 o\u010di nebo ji to bylo jedno. Tmav\u011b hn\u011bd\u00e9 o\u010di maj\u00ed u Sibi\u0159sk\u00fdch husky mandlov\u00fd tvar, jeliko\u017e spl\u00fdvaj\u00ed s barvou srsti kolem o\u010d\u00ed, zat\u00edmco modr\u00e9 o\u010di jsou d\u00edky sv\u011btle modr\u00e9 barv\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b kulat\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ov\u0161em chovatel\u00e9 potvrdili, \u017ee u b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch chovatel\u016f jsou modrooc\u00ed husky popul\u00e1rn\u00ed a lid\u00e9 se po barv\u011b o\u010di c\u00edlen\u011b ptaj\u00ed. Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed je i to, \u017ee Sibi\u0159sk\u00fd husky se rod\u00ed s modr\u00fdma o\u010dima a ty pak b\u011bhem prvn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f bu\u010f ztmavnou nebou naopak z\u016fstanou modr\u00e9 cel\u00fd \u017eivot. Typick\u00e1 je pro toto plemeno i <strong>heterochromie<\/strong>, tedy r\u016fzn\u00e1 barva o\u010d\u00ed u jednoho jedince. Ano, husky \u010dasto m\u00edv\u00e1 jedno oko modr\u00e9, druh\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 nebo \u00fapln\u011b tmav\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ot\u00e1zkou z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 zdali by chovatel\u00e9 ocenili genetick\u00fd test, kter\u00fd by dok\u00e1zal na z\u00e1klad\u011b testov\u00e1n\u00ed popsan\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 duplikace p\u0159ed genem <em>ALX4<\/em> odhalit genetick\u00e9 zalo\u017een\u00ed barvu o\u010d\u00ed. Mysl\u00edte si, \u017ee ano? <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/genocan.eu\/cs\/contacts\/\" title=\"https:\/\/genocan.eu\/cs\/contacts\/\">Napi\u0161t\u011b n\u00e1m<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Genetick<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong> choroby oka u Sibi\u0159sk<\/strong><strong>\u00fd<\/strong><strong>ch husky<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sibi\u0159\u0161t\u00ed husky jsou n\u00e1chyln\u00ed k \u0159ad\u011b genetick\u00fdch o\u010dn\u00edch chorob. Mnoho lid\u00ed se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee modrooc\u00ed huskyov\u00e9 maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost vzniku t\u011bchto probl\u00e9m\u016f ne\u017e jejich hn\u011bdooc\u00ed sourozenci, ale nen\u00ed tomu tak. Genetick\u00e9 choroby oka jsou v\u00fdsledkem chyby v jin\u00fdch genech, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed v\u00fdvoj a funkci oka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Progresivn<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00ed retin\u00e1ln\u00ed atrofie v\u00e1zan\u00e1 na chromozom X (XLPRA1)<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong>&#8211; je d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9 o\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed postihuj\u00edc\u00ed psy plemene Sibi\u0159sk\u00fd husky. XLPRA1 vznik\u00e1 v d\u016fsledku degenerace fotoreceptorov\u00fdch bun\u011bk s\u00edtnice, kter\u00e9 jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro vid\u011bn\u00ed za \u0161era, respektive za jasn\u00e9ho sv\u011btla. Psi jsou t\u00edmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm posti\u017eeni \u010dast\u011bji ne\u017e feny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Degenerace \u010d\u00edpk\u016f s\u00edtnice (tak\u00e9 Achromatopsie) <\/em>&#8211; <\/strong>je onemocn\u011bn\u00ed charakterizovan\u00e9 ztr\u00e1tou funkce \u010d\u00edpkov\u00fdch fotoreceptor\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek denn\u00ed slepotu, \u00faplnou barvoslepost a sn\u00ed\u017eenou centr\u00e1ln\u00ed zrakovou ostrost. P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je delece zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed n\u011bkolik gen\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho genu <em>CNGB3<\/em>. Toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed postihuje zejm\u00e9na plemena arktick\u00e9 linie jako je pr\u00e1v\u011b Sibi\u0159sk\u00fd husky nebo Alja\u0161sk\u00fd malamut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Glaukom u Sibi\u0159sk\u00fdch husky<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 je nov\u011b popisovan\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vede k nevratn\u00e9 ztr\u00e1t\u011b zraku. Jeho podstata zat\u00edm bohu\u017eel nen\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00e1. Ov\u0161em prob\u00edh\u00e1 studie jej\u00edm\u017e c\u00edlem je identifikovat mutaci (nebo mutace) v DNA, kter\u00e1 zp\u016fsobuje glaukom, a n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyvinout genetick\u00fd test na toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed u tohoto plemene a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch posti\u017een\u00fdch plemen.
